You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity on your account. Choose a handle that does not impersonate another person or brand.

Your passport is yours. You keep full ownership of the travel history, trips and lists you create. You can export or erase them at any time.

Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features on your account for as long as the product exists. Purchases are processed by our payment provider and are subject to their terms at checkout.

Pro is digital content that is delivered to your account as soon as payment goes through, so purchases are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. By completing a purchase you agree that delivery starts right away, which means you give up the right to withdraw from the sale of digital content. This does not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other travellers' private data, scrape the service at scale, or use AvioStory for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will note the new date at the top of this page.
